Coffee in Cape May
Cape May is not only a dining destination, but it’s also getting a reputation as a coffee town! With seven unique and locally owned coffee shops serving up fresh brewed coffees and specialty drinks, plus a local roaster right downtown, you won’t have any problem getting your daily caffeine fix. Your only challenge will be choosing which one(s) to try!
Here’s a list to get you started on your Cape May coffee adventure:
Coffee Tyme
This family-owned local coffee shop boasts two locations – one downtown and the other along the beach front. Both spots serve up premium cups of coffee, freshly made pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. Try one of their specialty drinks such as a latte, cappuccino, mocaccino, or the “red eye”!
Out There Coffee
Owned and run by husband and wife team, Craig and Nikki, this local coffee spot combines their sense of adventure with locally crafted coffee made from organic beans, hot and iced teas, and hot chocolates. Or for a healthy twist, try one of their “superfood” smoothies or lattes with a gluten free baked good.
Ostara’s Coffee House
This family-owned coffee house is located in West Cape May, and features coffees, smoothies, and juices along with their homemade baked goods. Stop in to caffeinate your mind, fuel your body, and heal your spirit. Or come for their Gluten Free and Vegan breakfast options.
Tommy's Folly
Located inside historic Congress Hall, Tommy’s Folly features freshly brewed La Colombe coffee. Sip your cup of joe, cappucino, latte, or espresso on their beautiful veranda. And pair it with one of their fresh-baked sweet treats.
